Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours - 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional shipping charges incurred as a result of address errors
Returned or undeliverable packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Amor By Tammy / Face Amor Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us at info@face-amor.com within 5 business days of delivery

Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and item
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility regarding exchanges.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
