Eyelash extensions are custom-applied enhancements made from high-quality synthetic silk or mink fibers. Each extension is carefully attached to an individual natural lash—never the skin—creating a lightweight, natural-looking result.

A variety of styles can be achieved using different curls, lengths, and thicknesses. We offer Classic and Volume styles:

• Classic lashes provide a more natural look, with one extension applied to each natural lash.

• Volume lashes create added fullness by applying multiple ultra-fine extensions to a single natural lash.

The number of extensions used depends on your desired look and, most importantly, the strength and health of your natural lashes. Your technician will assess your lashes and recommend the most suitable options during your appointment.

Eyelash extensions shed naturally along with your lash growth cycle. With proper care and regular maintenance, a full set can last up to two months.

Longevity varies based on factors such as:

• Natural lash cycle

• Skin type (oily skin may experience faster shedding)

• Lifestyle habits

• Aftercare routine

Because lash cycles differ from person to person, exact retention times cannot be guaranteed.

Natural lashes grow and shed continuously over a cycle of approximately 30–120 days. Since lashes do not shed all at once, fills are needed to maintain fullness.

• Classic fills: typically every 1–2 weeks

• Volume fills: typically every 2–4 weeks

If retention is below 30%, the appointment will be considered a new set.

Appointment times vary by service:

• New sets: approximately 1.5–3 hours

• Fills: approximately 45 minutes–1.5 hours

ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGING TO NATURAL LASHES?

No. When applied correctly, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. Our professional-grade adhesive forms a soft, flexible bond designed specifically for human lashes, allowing extensions to feel weightless and comfortable.

Mascara is generally unnecessary. If you choose to wear it, only oil-free, non-waterproof mascara should be used.

Yes. Extensions can be safely removed at any time using a professional gel remover. Please do not attempt removal on your own, as this may damage your natural lashes.

Avoid getting lashes wet for 24–48 hours after application or fills to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After this period, you may resume normal activities. Be aware that steam, saunas, and hot yoga may reduce retention.

Patch testing is available. We may apply adhesive to the skin or a single lash and monitor for reactions before proceeding with a full application.

Makeup itself will not damage extensions, but care must be taken when removing eye makeup. Always use oil-free products and gentle techniques to avoid pulling on the lashes.

Mechanical eyelash curlers are not recommended, as they can damage extensions. A semi-permanent lash curl may be done prior to a new set but cannot be repeated between fills.

 

Eyelash extensions may not be recommended for clients who:

• Rub, pull, or twist their lashes

• Are unable to follow aftercare instructions

• Have active eye conditions (e.g., styes or conjunctivitis)

• Wear heavy eye makeup daily

• Have very oily skin (may experience faster shedding)

• Arrive makeup-free

• Avoid oily products around the eye area for 24 hours

• Extra removal time will reduce application time

HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS?

• Avoid oil-based or waterproof makeup
• Keep lashes dry for 24–48 hours
• Do not rub, pick, or pull extensions
• Avoid excessive heat, steam, and saunas
• Clean lashes daily with a gentle, oil-free cleanser
• Brush lashes gently morning and night
• Sleep on your back when possible; silk pillowcases help reduce friction
